Please read this document. It limits Dr. Reece Wyman Manley's liability completely and grants you specific rights. Rights not included in this document are waived. This document is enforceable in Texas. No other state nor Federal court may make decisions above this document.
1. Reece Manley is the sole authorized provider of myhorizons.org.
2. Reece Manley holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University, a Masters in Arts in Professional Counseling from Southwest Texas State and Doctor of Divinity from AIHT seminary.
3. Reece Manley is not a physician, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or other state licensed mental health professional.
4. Reece Manley WILL NOT work with people with current or past clinically diagnosed mental illnesses. However, he will provide referrals as needed and possible.
5. Dr. Manley works with clients via telephone and email only.
6. Initally, a phone call will take place between Dr. Manley and an interested client. Before the first phone contact, the client must print out this document or copy and write the phrase "I understand all contact with Dr. Reece Manley is at my own initiative. I understand Dr. Manley is NOT a physician, psychiatrist, clinical social worker or ANY other licensed mental health provider. I understand he is a qualified pastoral counselor and registered personal coach." This must be electronically signed by the person by writing their full name, driver's license number, and last four digits of their social security number and this must be emailed to reece@manley.net.
7. Upon, receipt of this information, Dr. Manley will respond and request a phone number from you. Please provide your full phone number and a convenient call time for you between the hours of 5:00 - 9:00 PM CDT.
8. If the client agrees, the following charges will apply:
Phone Contact: $40.00/30 minutes. Email exchange: $10.00/per 200 words.
9. Dr. Manley accepts payments exclusively from PayPal. Money must be paid to reece@manley.net. If you do not have a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com.
10. No charges are made for the first email exchange or first 15 minutes of the inital phone session.
11. You must pay after each session or email exchange. Failure to pay is immediate reason to cease the helping relationship.

1. Copy and past the disclosure to your left with the required information.
2. Send me your phone number with the TWO times to contact you via telephone.
3. The first 15 minutes is free. If we decide to work together we may continue the initial call but you will be billed.
4. I accept payment by PayPal only. This keeps my prices low.
5. Each 30 minutes by phone is $40.00. Each email exchange is $10.00/200 words.
6. No subject is off limits.
7. You must NOT work with me if you have a diagnosed mental illness. Instead, please immediately consult a psychiatrist or call 911.
